Romantic Italian Villa Wedding Day – Carrie & Brandon
Today I am thrilled to feature Carrie and Brandon’s Italian villa wedding day in Tuscany. After their colorful Welcome Party the evening before, these two gathered their favorite people once again at Villa Moscheni for the main event. And believe me, Wedding Day had it all: a rich pastel color palette, details for days, a cameo appearance by Mario the horse, and the most romantic candlelit dinner outside the villa. The icing on the cake was every intimate and joyful moment between Carrie, Brandon, and their loved ones in Italy.
Rain and Romance
Our day began with Carrie at the villa, while the spring rain came down outside. The rain provided a sense of calm while Carrie got ready, and we created some gorgeous portraits inside the bridal suite. Before we knew it, the clouds had cleared just in time for an emotional first look on the promenade. These two were clearly so happy to see each other – it was one of my favorite moments of the day! Carrie stunned in her Netta BenShabu gown, surrounded by romantic pastels in every direction. Brandon looked equally dapper in his white tux, and we were able to sneak in a few portraits before the ceremony.
Italian Villa Wedding Ceremony
That evening, their loved ones gathered outside the villa to witness Carrie and Brandon exchange vows. Brandon made his entrance on horseback, while Carrie was escorted by her son Cash. The scene was bathed in golden sunshine, with rolling Tuscan hills in the background. Truly, it was like a fairytale. A mutual friend Vanessa officiated the ceremony, which included personal stories and more proof that these two are just too perfect for each other. It was a delight to view and an honor to capture.
After I Do, guests made their way to the gardens for more celebration. There was no shortage of delicious food and beverage, and a live pianist set the mood. Mario the horse joined us for glowing newlywed portraits during golden hour, while Carrie and Brandon just radiated joy! Dinner was served at one long table, dressed with flowing pastel fabrics, tall candles, fresh florals, and custom paper products. The newlyweds could not have been happier as festivities continued into the evening.
