Sayulita Romance with Greta & Jairo
If you’ve been dreaming of Sayulita engagement photos, I’ve got the perfect inspiration for you! I made a stop in Sayulita while traveling through Mexico in February, for another incredible editorial shoot at a local beach club. Our models Greta and Jairo traveled from Tulum to join us, and luckily they were available for a bonus session the night before! I was so excited to meet these two and create some magic together before our big day.
Sayulita Engagement Photos
We started in downtown Sayulita, soaking in the color and charm of this laid-back beach town. Greta’s flowy BHLDN dress could not have been more perfect for the scene, and Jairo’s style matched the vibe. From the beginning, their energy was positive and warm – the kind of connection that makes a session flow naturally. And he way these two look at each other – come on! It’s like out of a movie. Thanks for making my job easy, you two!
Playa Carricitos
As the sun began to set, we made our way to Playa Carricitos – recommended by our hair and makeup artist (thanks Jenn!). This is one of the more secluded beaches in Sayulita, and so picturesque. We traveled there together in a golf cart (not pictured), stopping for a few portraits in the jungle along the way.
Sunset on the beach was just as romantic as it sounds. Greta and Jairo are true professionals, and an absolute delight in front of the camera. We took advantage of every last bit of light before heading back to town – one sign of a successful session! The golden sun, colorful sky, and moody blue hour inspired so much creativity. It was such a pleasure collaborating with these two!
