Patricia & Tony’s Greek Wedding at St. George and Loews Chicago
Tony and Patricia’s Loews Chicago wedding was a delight to capture. These two have known each other for many years, and their wedding day was much anticipated! One of my favorite things about these two is their energy together. There just always seems to be romance in the air with these two – they truly can’t keep their eyes off each other. Remember the rainbow from their Humboldt Park engagement session?? I knew it wedding day was going to be special!
St. George Lincoln Park Wedding
Patricia and Tony got ready separately that morning with their wedding parties, before meeting at St. George in Lincoln Park. Personally, I was enamored by the church itself – the artwork was both stunning and impressive, creating an extraordinary atmosphere for anyone to tie the knot. Their traditional Greek Orthodox ceremony was an honor to witness as they joined together surrounded by loved ones.
After they said I Do, we headed to the reception, making a few important stops along the way! A little backstory: Tony proposed at the Pickwick Theatre, which is where these two first met in high school. Of course we had to stop here for newlywed photos (check out the custom marquee!). Our next stop was a nearby forest preserve for summery photos with their wedding party.
Loews Chicago O’Hare Reception
Our final stop that evening was Loews Chicago in Rosemont, to celebrate with all their guests. From a delicious dinner to heartfelt speeches and (LOTS of) dancing, Tony and Patricia were all smiles. Highlights include a jam-packed dance floor, Super Dawg delivery, and romantic night photos on the hotel rooftop!
