Kemper Lakes Golf Club Wedding

Marina and Rafael’s Kemper Lakes Golf Club wedding in June was one for the books! For starters, the day itself was filled with warm sunshine, spring colors, and personal touches. The best part, though, was getting to witness the joy and comfort these two radiate when they’re together. From the moment they first saw each other that day, I had no doubt we were in for something special.

We arrived at the club before the ceremony with plenty of time to explore the golf course for portraits. The light, the views, and the chemistry between these two made my job easy! Golfers passed by with congratulations for the happy couple, who couldn’t stop smiling at each other. I also loved the way Marina’s bouquet popped against the lush greens – especially on film!

That afternoon, guests gathered on the clubhouse lawn to watch these two tie the knot. Marina and Rafael exchanged personal vows surrounded by loved ones and a summery breeze. Once it was officially official, it was time to celebrate! Guests were invited to enjoy delicious food and drinks, not to mention the perfect June weather. One of my favorite personal details was the welcome sign – featuring their cats Salem and Binx! You may recall these two handsome guys from their formal engagement session earlier this year 🙂

Golden Hour and Dance Party

Just before dinner, the most gorgeous golden hour called to us from outside the club. I’m lucky the newlyweds were up for taking more photos… it was seriously the most dreamy light from the entire day! We got to dance and play in the sunshine before dinner was served, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The rest of the night was all about the party – and believe me, it was a PARTY. It’s clear these two have a unique bond with not only each other, but with their friends and family as well. This day was an honor to capture from beginning to end!
