BEST OF 2025: A year of travel, growth, and new experiences.

Happy New Year’s Eve, friends!! I can hardly believe how quickly the past twelve months have flown by… but here we are. Somehow I find myself a little extra nostalgic this year – maybe it’s the connections we’ve formed, the families we’ve been welcomed into, or the inevitable effects of the holiday season. Whatever the reason, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude to be able to do what we do, year after year. It’s a privilege to be invited into each and every couple’s world, to serve them and their loved ones, and document the beginning of their family history. Of course, it’s also a lot of fun!

Highlights of 2025:

  • Lots of travel. I photographed love stories in San Francisco, southern California, Paris, the Loire Valley, Michigan, Mexico City, NYC, Chicago, Dublin, Sligo, and St. Lucia
  • Working at some familiar venues as well as some new favorites
  • My first Flash Mob at a wedding (it was awesome)
  • Malört shots on more than one occasion
  • More fur babies than I can count
  • First team mascot at a wedding (HI Southpaw!)
  • Adding drone photography to our offerings
  • My first New York Bridal Fashion Week, including an exclusive interview with the one-and-only Miss Hayley Paige
  • Meeting the WedVibes team and participating in my first and second WedVibes editorials
  • Meeting Sarah Campbell at my first Intrigue Designs Retreat, where I was the official retreat photographer
  • First Newlywed musical performance on stage
  • My first wedding in Mexico City, a prime opportunity to practice mi español
  • Organizing and photographing my first international Styled Shoot (coming to the Blog next year!)

I could go on! Lucky for you, I’ll let the images speak for themselves. This post may be longer than usual (I can never decide!) – but please know that every single image you see here represents a favorite moment, memory, or experience from 2025. Captured on digital + film.
