As a result of the desire to serve more couples, Emma Mullins Photography has expanded to include a select group of Associate Photographers. Each of these professionals has years of experience behind the camera and in the wedding industry, sharing the same photojournalistic approach. We’re so excited you’re here and cannot wait to capture your memories!
ALEXIS

Hey, I'm Alexis! I live in Chicago with my Australian Cattle Dog mix Cricket. One of his greatest talents is his “get ready” cue where he jumps up to pose for me! I also have 75 houseplants, and in my spare time I like to keep up my vegetable garden. My specialties are homemade pickles, pesto, and pasta sauce.
I’ve been documenting events and weddings for over 10 years, and have a Bachelor's degree in Photography from Colombia College. My favorite thing about being a wedding photographer is creating a piece of history for you and your family. I love to get lost in the moment, looking at the light and shapes to compose the perfect shot.
NOHEMI

Hi! I'm Nohemi, I was born and raised in Chicago. Living and loving the city with my three amazing kiddos. My journey as a professional photographer started over 15 years ago, specializing in portraiture and fashion photography. I've had the privilege of being recognized by the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture and participating in their “Soy Boricua” exhibit. You can often find me working with talented dancers and models while traveling or in my West Loop studio.
Photographing weddings holds a special place for me - they're a celebration of love, unity, and genuine moments of happiness. It’s an opportunity to capture authentic moments and tell your story in a fun, documentary style.

Hey there, I'm Emma! I'm originally from Atlanta, Georgia and recently moved to Chicago in June 2020! I've been a photographer for nine years, and concentrating on weddings for the past four years.
My favorite part of photographing weddings is the connections I make with the people I meet, and the stories I hear. In my free time I like to create illustrations, do yoga, go biking along the lakefront and find new coffee shops and restaurants!

Hello! I'm Joe! I'm a Chicago wedding and event photographer with a background in fashion photography and video production. I've been with EMP since 2018 and having the BEST time! I like to be in the middle of the action and never miss a beat on the dance floor.
In my free time I enjoy living life, traveling the world, and performing stand-up comedy. What's my favorite sandwich, you ask? Oh man, classic Turkey Club!

My name is Kate and I can't wait to meet you! I'm a Chicago native and have been a professional photographer for nearly a decade. I am obsessed with capturing the perfect moment that will make you gasp and say "Oh my god, this is amazing!!"
Being a queer woman, it is so important to me that you feel safe, loved, and beautiful every step of the way. I understand that being in front of the camera on your big day can feel intimidating. I will do everything I can to make you feel fabulous and comfortable on your wedding day!

Hi! I’m Dan, a Chicago native photographing weddings since 2016. My love for wedding photography was sparked the day I shot my first wedding, when I realized I was capturing memories from one of the most important days of my couples' lives.
When I don’t have my camera in hand, I love trying new restaurants, time with my pup Bella, podcasting, playing music, getting my zen on through meditation… oh, and I love the cold!! Daily cold showers are my thing.

With over 8 years of professional photography experience, my documentary-style approach focuses on candid, authentic moments that truly reflect the emotions and connections of your special day.
Every couple’s story is unique, and I take pride in tailoring my photography to highlight what makes yours unforgettable. Whether it’s a quiet glance, a burst of laughter, or the moment you say “I do,” I’m passionate about preserving these memories in timeless images.
The Associate Experience
We want us to feel like old friends on wedding day, so you’ll meet both Emma and your lead photographer before the day is here. We’ll work together to craft your photography timeline in the months leading up to your wedding, making sure we have everything we need to capture what’s most important to you. If you’ve booked an Engagement Session (highly recommended!), you’ll have the opportunity to work with your photographer beforehand, too! Wins all around.
Aside from the person behind the camera, the Associate experience is no different from beginning to end. Emma will be your main contact person throughout the planning process, as well as edit your images and deliver the final gallery. It’s the full TEAM experience!

We worked with Emma and Nohemi for both our engagement and wedding photos, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! I first found Emma while doing research on our wedding venue for decor inspirations, and I loved reading her blogs and seeing the personal touch she brings to her work.
